Accessibility Statement

Last updated: 24 March 2026

Our Commitment

BraceKit is committed to making our website accessible to as many people as possible, regardless of ability or technology. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA where practicable.

What We Do

  • Use clear, readable fonts and sufficient colour contrast;
  • Provide descriptive link text and logical heading structure;
  • Ensure the site is navigable by keyboard;
  • Use semantic HTML to support screen readers and assistive technologies;
  • Design responsive layouts that work across devices and screen sizes.

Known Limitations

BraceKit is a small, independently run project. While we strive to make every part of the site accessible, some areas may not yet fully meet WCAG 2.1 AA standards. We are actively working to identify and fix issues.

Feedback

If you experience any difficulty accessing our site or have suggestions for improvement, please contact us at hello@mail.bracekit.co.uk. We take accessibility feedback seriously and will do our best to respond within 5 working days.

Legal Basis

This statement is made in good faith under the Equality Act 2010, which requires service providers to make reasonable adjustments so that disabled people are not placed at a substantial disadvantage.
